How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Absolutely beautiful! Fabulous quality! Fabric is soft and feels luxurious. I followed the size chart of store and everything fits perfect. I bought size 75B on my measurements 84 bust, 75 under bust 90 hips. I wear the same size in Europe. I have exchanged some messages with seller, quick reply and kind, polite. This is my second order from this seller and I'm absolutely over the moon. Love it! Fast shipment. Took 3 weeks to Brazil. I do recommend this seller. Items worth of money. Also my camera doesn't catch the colour right, the colour is exactly the same as seller pictures. I will definitely buy more in here.
Very beautiful and quality set. But, unfortunately, I was mistaken in choosing the size. I took a black, a cup in a little free in Russian. But the panties are the biggest bit narrow on about 104. Not critical, you can wear.
На параметры опг 75,он 92,об 94 взяла размер 85 D. По объему очень хорошо,не давит и есть запас на расширение ,но с чашкой не угадала.Они широко поставлены и сами по себе широкие,поэтому немного давит в подмышку.Не критично,просто я чувствительная в этом плане. Надо чуть меньше чашку . А вообще комплект изумительный,очень удобный,сетка мягкая и приятная.трусики к размеру бюста 85D положили XL. Мне очень нравятся,не давят,посадка не низкая. Есть один нюанс комплекта, то,что под одеждой выделяются цветочки. Под трикотаж не оденешь, только под плотные ткани. Пришло за две недели

брала у продавца уже один комплект,на этот давно уже облизываюсь,но заказала объемом побольше чем в прошлый раз с надеждой,что чашечки тоже будут слегка побольше, хотя бы на 1-2 см,ибо предыдущий был слегка маловат. Но этот комплект не больше, а даже еще меньше, выглядит классно и сел в принципе нормально, очень тугой, резинки-лямки не слетают, но весь день тяжеловато ходить,во всяком случае пока. Трусики ХL тоже маловаты, посадка низкая, резинки тугие, у прошлого комплекта трусики L - были даже чуть свободнее. В целом размерам соответствует, фото на себе не могу выложить, т.к. комплект очень откровенный, прозрачный.

Очень красивый комплект, доехал очень быстро, недели за 2 до Московской области. Маломеркий, на 80В брала 85С, в самый раз, даже трусы норм, хотя у меня 44 размер. Подумываю взять в другом цвете.

Заказала 2 комплекта: черный и белый 85с, черный больше белого и в чашках и по ширине. Черный не много большеват, а белый можно бы чуть по больше, но носить можно. к качеству претензий нет
подошло размер в размер, качество хорошее, доставка в Москву менее 2 недель
Долго ждала. Ничего не пришло. Не отслеживалось. Сразу статус «отмена доставки». По спору али вернул деньги
Комплект очень хорошего качества, тонкий красивый, мягкий, но с размером ошиблась, маломерит на размер и по чашке и по обхвату, взяла 85 с, а надо было минимум 85д, или 90д, трусы идеально, лиф может пару раз одену, или подарю кому нибудь, заказала другой комплект большего размера, по скорости доставки супербысто, 10 дней. Заказала уже не в первый раз, в прошлый раз все подошло.
