How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Купальник точно такой же как и на фото. Брала на размер больше, чем свой. Мне свободен, если бы брала свой , то низ бы обтянул , так что для комфорта рекомендую брать на размер больше , качество супер, сидит тоже хорошо
До Красноярска товар шёл две недели. Товар полностью соответствуют описанию и картинке. Запаха нет, размерная сетка соответствуют. На свой 50 размер взяла XXL, сел идеально.

Пришёл очень быстро, на 44-46 хотела взять L, но в последний момент передумала и взяла М, чему очень рада. Верх на ОГ 90 великоват в подмышках, трусики казались огромными, но сели хорошо. Есть небольшой запах. Цвет темнее, чем на фото продавца. Положили подарочек) В целом довольна.

je suis très contente, la coupe est bien, le haut contient des petites coques sur la poitrine, c'est bien quand on a une petite poitrine comme moi. Comme beaucoup de maman, mon ventre n'est plus parfait et le slip taille haut permet de masquer une partie des vergetures et le fait que mon ventre soit plus flasque, je suis vraiment très satisfaite. En plus le vendeur a offert avec un petit bracelet et un elastique ressort, j'apprecie l'attention.

купальник по размеру подошел идеально. но цвет верха вообще не тот. На фото продавца он красный, а в реальности - старушачий бордовый. И смотрится, как мне кажется, как слюнявчик. Плавки хорошие. померила с верхом от другого купальника, смотрится намного лучше. доставка 2 недели. с фасоном, я, конечно, не угадала, и цвет огорчил. Но, в целом, купальник хороший. с продавцом не общалась

Заказ пришёл ровно за 2 недели. Продавец положил подарок,что очень порадовало. Купальник сшит качественно, нитки не торчат, запаха нет. Сперва плавки показались огромными, но примерила и прям впору. Лиф я бы немного ушила.

Очень быстрая доставка: 6 июля заказала, 18 июля товар уже пришёл! Купальник очень классный, продавец положил подарок.
Пришёл быстро, заказала размер L, трусы на бедра 100см подошли отлично, грудь 85В - топ очень велик в подмышках, ушивала. Топ можно завязать за шеей, брители отстегиваются только сзади, если их вовсе развязать, то спереди будет торчать. Топ хорошо увеличивает в области груди за счёт "рюшек", низ пойдёт почти всем, но нужно иметь в виду, что широкая лямка расширяет. Неплохо выделяется талия, низ до пупка.
Качество очень хорошее, доставка до Мск две недели. На русский 48 размер брала XL. в принципе думаю, что можно бы и на размер меньше попробовать, т.к. купальники обычно тянутся слегка когда мокрые. XL неплотно, не давит, вроде не спадает, но все же трусы свободноваты слегка.

К сожалению купальник не подошел по размеру(((. Хотя вроде подбирала по таблице. Видимо надо было брать даже не L, а XL. Жаль, придётся искать купальник уже в реальных магазинах. Но, качество хорошее. Отправили быстро, дошло тоже быстро.
Купальни пришёл за месяц. Качество товара неплохое. На параметры 88-67-94 заказала размер M. Верх немного большеват, низ практически идеально. Брала М по описанию из таблицы, но на мою фигуру чуть не подошло, а размер S, думаю, был бы уже мал. Если у вас маленькая грудь или есть растяжки, то купальник скроет недостатки. Отдельное спасибо продавцу за подарок.

Super fast shipping, the bikini is cute, just like the pictures. It is a bit big for me (XL-s sometimes tight on my hips, so I decided to try a larger size - this is decidedly big on the top, but thanks to the ruffles, I will be able to adjust it) I am in awe how fast the shipping was. 10 days or so.
