How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Пришёл очень быстро 10 дней. Все подошло, сел отлично, рекомендую.
Мне купальник не понравился: во-первых, для размера S он слишком большой, особенно верх, мои параметры: рост 160 вес 50, объемы 82-62-90. При немаленькой попе, даже трусы свободноваты, особенно в талии. во-вторых, лайкра не очень хорошего качества, тянется плохо, а подклад вообще ужас: грубый, неприятный к телу. в-третьих, резиннки, котрые вставлены в края трусов и лифа должны быть эластичными и тянуться, а не стоять колом. Короче жалко потраченных денег. Единственный плюс - это быстрая доставка - 2 недели. Прикладываю фото с реальными размерами трусов и лифа, но учтите, что купальник очень плохо тянется.

Продавец несколько раз по моей просьбе продлевал защиту, хотя и посылка была на почте, не было возможности получить, купальник хорошего качества, размер S на параметры 86-60-86 подошел отлично, нигде ничего не жмет. Спасибо продавцу за товар и понимание! Также в посылке был подарочек)

Very fast shipping. I suposed that this product will be not So good. But when it arrived I was shoked how good it looked. I already tried it in Whirpool and everything was perfect. Just You have to order at least to size bigger than usually. I wear M/L,but with this I needed XXL.

Цвет лифчика немного темнее, чем на фото. на мою фигуру и рост (166) можно было взять и S, т. к. м довольно свободно держится. Купальник за свои деньги очень хорошего качества и сделан из приятного материала. В магазине такой будет стоить около 2-х тысяч. В общем я заказом довольна, хоть и на моей фигуре без талии он смотрится странно. Спасибо продавцу за приятный подарок, правда браслет почему-то порванные попался. Рекомендую к заказу!

очень красивый и качественный купальник, высота трусов скрывает страшный дряблый валик после кс, и вообще отлично держат попу на своем месте) единственный недостаток-маловат лиф, придется наверно вынуть чашечки, но под баской есть подкладка, так что ничего не вывалился! На большую грудь советую на размер побольше! в целом очень довольна: качественно, мега быстро, очень внимательный продавец. спасибо!!!

Рекордная доставка за все время заказов на али-8 дней до Москвы! Купальник хороший, на бёдра 106 xxl сел в самый раз, все что нужно скрыть после родов-скрыл! Грудь 80с свободно в объеме, но некритично, косточек нет, есть вставки, несмотря на отсутствие косточек грудь держит. По качеству претензий нет-прошито хорошо. При первой стирке вода совсем слабо окрасилась, при повторной-чистая в общем рекомендую

good material! however size was not perfect for me. im a dutch size 46 and the top was a bit wide while the bottom was a bit tight (which may be because of my figure). but since i like it so much and the material and colors are good quality, i ordered the same one again in 1 size smaller so i can use this bottom with the top of the smaller size!
Nice quality. Ordered size M, normalily I fit an xtra small to small 34/36. Top is a loose fit and bottom is perfect
