How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Well, looks nice. Custom sole color is good. But quality in general for this price isn't good enough. The smell of glue is horrible and can give you a headache. Good enough for bed fun and photos.

Cool boots. The quality is excellent. Expensive, but high quality! Nowhere nothing sticks out, the zipper is tight, but strong, the seams are all quality and neat, the heels are even and the length is adjusted perfectly! We didn't take one moment into account: the heel is very high and has a very cool lift-favorite says that the toe of the foot just does not reach the sole of the boot-the leg seems to hang in the sock and therefore walking in them is almost impossible)) well, that they are not intended for walking;) lie, stand, leaning on anything, And sit in them normally;)

Wow. These are gorgeous boots. Well made and super high. They call them 'crotch' boots and they aren't kidding. I'm 5'10" with long legs- and they go literally right to my crotch. Might want to specify a specific length if your legs aren't giraffe length or else they may be too long! They fit true to the size chart, colour is accurate. they're exactly like the picture. Quite strong plastic chemical smell on opening the package- they've been airing for a week now and it's still there but getting better. Heel is a strong metal and seems well attached. Zipper feels solid too. Only downside is the angle of the foot. The heel is SO high I'm barely able to stand, and totally unable to walk in them-my feet don't bend that far and I need to kink my knees. (There's a reason the model in the pictures is sitting down .) Fortunately- I didn't buy these for walking so they still suit my needs! About one month shipping to Canada.

Product was as described very good quality, the order took less than 4 days to process which is still 3 days less than expected and i got the express DHL service which was amazing because the item was picked up in Hong Kong on the 22nd and was in my hands in BC Canada by noon on the 23rd OUTSTANDING!!!!!

My first custom made order totally went wrong despite providing the right measurements. During our conversation a couple of times were asked if my order was clear. "Yes" was the statement. We received the standard sized boots. The shop owner apologized for the mistake, offered me 20 euro's discount. I accepted the offer, bit a could entrepreneur should understand that complete accountability was better. Anyway, the new customized boots are perfect! So it is possible to buy customized boots with the right measurements for a larger calf circumference, a larger knee circumference etc. A red sole, black patent boots. So in the end I'm satisfied with the end result. Unfortunately no inner sole was provided. A good tip for the shop is to offer the custom made measurement drawing in the shop so that customers understands which measurements they have to provide.
