Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

To small
Product was shipped quickly and arrived within 2 weeks. Panties are as described. Fabric is reasonably soft, about what I expected. Seams appear to be good quality. My hip measurement is 94cm and I ordered size L. The panties fit but they are a little tight around the thighs and there is not quite enough fabric at the back to cover the top of my butt. If they made a size larger I think these would be perfect. Unlike some other boyleg underwear, these are put together in a thoughtful way so they don't scrunch up and cause a 'wedgie'.

Even getting the larger size, these seem too small for my butt. (I am a fairly small person. 5'5" and 105lbs.) These panties would be much better suited for a child or young teenager.

I don't think these panties would fit any living human in any size. The front is a very nice size and the waist is correct, however, the back of the panties has no room for a butt. The rear of these is so small that it leaves half of my butt exposed, while fitting correctly everywhere else. (I'd show a picture except it would be highly inappropriate to show my exposed butt.) I am 165 cm tall and weigh 48 kilos. Only buy these if you don't have a butt.
