How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I am SO HAPPY with my purchase. The dress is exactly like the picture (which is pretty rare when you buy in this kind of stores). It fix very well (I sent my measuring for more custom service). The delivery was SUPER fast, about two weeks. The package was well protected, no smells, no unfixable wrinkles. Good quality, I’d would say espectacular quality for the price. The store responded all my questions and doubts fast and kind. I happily recommend this seller. Thank you very much for my dress.

el vestido es muy bonito, echo a la medida, pero la parte de arriba es color champagne, y aún que hable con el vendedor de que no lo quería así, al parecer no me entendió, ahora tendré que ver si puedo hacerle unos ajustes

Vestido parecido al de la foto . Por lo general es muy bonito, el material es muy agradable al tacto . También hay alguna cosa que no ha ido tan bien . La parte que se abrocha detrás tipo sujetador llego descosida. Adjunto foto. Y en la zona del pecho me está enorme :( tendré que llevarlo a que me lo adapten y a coser lo que llego roto. Por lo demás y a ese precio es un buen vestido
Estoy muy contenta sinceramente, me ha llegado exactamente como en la imagen. Tuve un problema con el vendedor porque me dijo que tardaba en hacerse entre 5 y 7 días y tardó 15 días en hacerse. Me había asustado, pensé que era una estafa pero no. Me llego exactamente igual y el vendedor me calmó y resolvió todas mis dudas
Suknia dotarła do mnie po miesiącu, podałam wszystkie potrzebne rozmiary i prawdopodobnie została uszyta na miarę (piszę prawdopodobnie bo jeszcze nie miałam okazji jej widzieć na żywo i przymierzyć). Ogólnie jestem zaskoczona, że za takie pieniądze można kupić taką suknie. Co do jej samej, zaczynając od góry - w środku wszyty jest stanik i z tyłu jest normalne stanikowe zapięcie, fajnie, a jak będzie w rzeczywistości trzymać biust jeszcze nie wiem. Z tyłu zapięcie na zamek, żadnych guziczków. Gorset jest zdobiony "skromniej" niż na zdjęciach na aukcji. Troche nad tym ubolewam bo przez to suknia traci na uroku. Dalej - dół sukni też ma mniej kwiatków, taka wersja uboga sukni z aukcji. Ma trzy warstwy tiulu i pod spodem podszewkę i do tego dłuuugi tren. A! z każdego kwiatka na dole sukni wystają... piórka? Wygląda jakby coś było niedokończone i wystawały nitki. Ogólnie jestem zadowolona, jedna gwiazdka mniej za te zdobienia, ale suknia jest warta polecenia.
O vestido é muito lindo, chegou rápido no Brasil e não fui taxada, tenho 1,74m é 85Kg, o tamanho +16 ficou folgado e comprido. tem muitos detalhes. que deixam o vestido um charme, o forró é um tanto acetinado, creio que talvez fotos com Flash evidencie um pouco o brilho.

El vestido es hermoso, demasiado hermoso, no me lo he podido medir porque no estoy en la ciudad y lo recibió mi mamá, ella me hizo videollamada y lo pude ver, realmente quede asombrada de la calidad de la tela y de sus terminaciones, es simplemente bello, cuando me lo pueda probar subiré fotos
Bien reçu et que dire ! Le vendeur a prit toutes les mensurations, bien retranscrit sur le tissu. la robe ma va bien ! je lui ai demandé une couleur en particulier et il a répondu à ma demande. je suis RAVIE Belle finition, il y a des petites plumes à certains endroits, j'aime beaucoup ! la robe est quand même un peu longue mais bon, je mettrais des talons très hauts !

Платье очень красивое)) Швы почти ровненькие, для своей цены сшито очень хорошо) Что особенно порадовало - качественные красивые аппликации, которые аккуратно пришиты к фатину. Я просила сделать мне цвет подклада #99, а фатин и аппликации - слоновая кость. Мне все так и сделали))) Шили по моим меркам, но оказывается даже у хороших продавцов бывают промахи.. Получилась ошибка в размерах корсета: +2 см. Это видно на фото сбоку. Продавец пошел навстречу и вернул небольшую часть стоимости платья. Думаю, все честно, потому что ошибиться могли и его сотрудники, и я, к тому же я могла похудеть. Но по росту подошло идеально!)) Подъюбник сшит из двух видов тканей - блестящая и матовая. Только из-за того, что подъюбник не сильно расклешен, немного тесно из-за шлейфа. Хочу его немного укоротить, чтобы не стесняло движения. А еще убрать аппликации и перья с юбки. Потом дополню отзыв новыми фото) Ставлю 4 из-за ошибки при пошиве и отсутствия реальных фото в описании.

This dress is absolutely amazing! I was very intending on going out and spending $1,000-2,000 on a wedding dress, but I was cautious about which store to buy from on Ali. After weeks of going through different sellers, feedback, etc, I decided to go with this one (as I'd previously tried on the real deal in a local bridal shop), and I have zero regrets! I did purchase a few more of the flower decals so I can add a few more here and there, but I'm absolutely elated. Thank you so much for everything!

Had this dress custom made with custom color #60 lining and top layer white with some small changes made including the neckline. Some alterations will be need to be made to make completely the way I want it! Seller very responsive and helpful! Fast shipping within a month had dress custom made and shipped to me. По росту тоже слишком много, придётся убирать . В целом довольна. Направляла свои параметры ( у меня большой размер 54-56) - платье село отлично .
