Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

The skirt is very good quality, just like the picture. The size chart is accurate with it's measurements. Make sure you read the measurments to know it will fit you because asian sizes are smaller than western sizes.
Немного прогадала с размером. Брала XL а надо было L. Юбка темнее чем на фото почти черная,но ничего страшного. Если буду брать,то только тут. Под юбкой не шортиков,но это компенсирует длина свмой юбки.

Unfortunately, after having had three children in quick succession -- and now being in the throes of breastfeeding -- I need to lose about 30 lbs. (14 kg). This doesn't quite zip at my measurements of 37/31/42 (94/79/107) at 172 lbs. (78 kg), but it should fit perfectly after I've finished nursing and knocked a size off.

172 cm 65kg. I can't decide if this is navy or black. it's very dark and it is SHORT, make no mistake about that. If you bend over you will flash your neighbor but with tights it will look more decent. it has no stretch, but solid quality all around. recommended.
