How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Muy buena mochila, tal cual la descripción. Es más espaciosa de lo que esperaba, el material es bueno. No subo foto por que la lleve a un pogo y se ensució pero no tiene ninguna rotura asi que es fuerte xd 10/10 la recomiendo

Продовец максимально быстро отправил товар за это большой +, портфель действительно не способен принимать влагу, приятный цвет и размер. Но ужасно расстроило то, что лямки могут порваться при большой нагрузки и дно... Оно откровенно странное и из-за этого он смотрится переполненым.
Быстрая отправка и быстрая доставка. Рюкзак соответствует описанию. Материал на ощупь и осмотр - действительно добротный нейлон. Вполне сойдет для 10го класса.

Рюкзак хороший якісний
Рюкзак красивый, ничего нигде не торчит, запахов лишних нет. В целом понравился, единственный минус, немного кривовато пришит лейбл. Доехал быстро, в течении двух недель.
Рюкзак хороший и качественный. Подарок в виде брелка, что очень приятно. НО! ШЕЛ МЕСЯЦ , очень долго (до СПБ). Это расстроило, но товар всё равно отличный и этот факт его не портит! Заказывайте, не волнуйтесь.

обладенный рюкзак, ноутбук 15'6 дюймов влезает спокойно. не промокает, вместительный, с кучей кармашков. однозначно рекомендуется к заказу

Рюкзак приехал довольно быстро (за 2 недели). Приехал чистый. Очень даже вместительный, 2 кармана спереди, 1 на спине и по бокам. Внутри всё выглядит, как обычно. Нитки не торчат. Ткань не впитывает влагу. В школу самое то. В подарок положили брелок. Довольна заказом, действительно качественный рюкзак
Просто афигенный рюкзак,пришел очень бысто до Волгограда две недели .Качество на высоте ,все швы идеально ровные ,нитки не торчат ,водоотталкивающий и просто шикарно выглядит.Заказывайте не пожалеете .+брелок в подарок.
Рюкзак хороший, достаточно вместительный. Но есть один минус - к нему липнет пыль и кошачья шерсть, поэтому рекомендую брать светлый, а не чёрный

It is surprising how accurate is the product description to the reality. I was afraid my water bottled wouldn’t fit in the side pocket but it fits perfectly. It doesn’t has a bad smell, is very spacious for lots of books (perfect for university I think) and it even has an special pocket for your laptop inside the backpack and behind. It came as well with a teddy bear keychain for free. I have test it and is waterproof as well, but I don’t know how would it be with a big amount of water. To sum up, I’m super happy with my purchase, I strongly recommend it. (sorry for my english tho, i’m still learning)

Цвет немного мятный, но приятный. Водонепроницаемый, что большой плюс. В школу самое то, много отсеков. Упакован хорошо. Товар задержался на день. В целом очень довольна.

La tela es igual a la que dicen, llegó muy bonita la mochila y con un llavero de regalo, pero tenia una mancha negra en el logo que no le pude sacar, y ademas no mide exactamente lo que dice en la descripción la medida reals es 44x30x17 cm, aparte de esto nada que decir, llegó varias semanas antes del plazo

Рюкзак отличный. Качественный. Лёгкий, удобный, вместительный. Трек отслеживался от и до. Отправили очень быстро.
В Норильск пришёл за 34 дня. Очень долгая отправка с Толмачева и с Новосибирска. Сам товар очень классный, замки на месте все чётко корманы внешние все кроме боковых на замках, очень вместительный. При распаковки имелся запах пластика, после стирки все хорошо. Брелок в подарок, спасибо продавцу, буду заказывать ещё. Позже добавлю как он в носке.
Рюкзак такой как на фотографии, швы ровные все качественно. Пришёл раньше срока заказывала 16.08 получила 28.08. Продавец быстро отправил и положил в подарок милый брелочек.
Все аккуратно, без ниток, но меньше, чем я ожидала. Заказывала для 2-4дневных поездок - маловат именно по объему. А так милый - для девочки -подростка средней школы.
Delivery was extremely fast, received the bag in 9 days and our daughter is so happy to have it before school starts. It looks well made, the stitches are clean. We hope it is as durable as it looks, time will tell as our daughter will be packing a lot of stuff in this bag.
