How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Beautiful shoes of good quality. Well-made. There you can see NO glue on the platform. The only inconvenience is the badly pasted insoles in the shoes that make folds (see the photo) and an unpleasant smell. The shoes came in an air bag. Suitable for narrow feet. For my foot length 25cm I took the size 9.5 (41) and fit me very well. Height heel 6cm. Delivery to the Czech Republic about 3 weeks. I recommend-----------------ČESKY---------------------> Nádherné botičky slušné kvality. Lepidlo není nikde vidět (což bývá u bot z Číny výjimečné). Jedinou nevýhodou je nepříjemný zápach a špatně vlepené vložky, které dělají varhánky. Botky dorazily v nafukovacím obalu nepomačkané. Na svoji velikost stopy 25cm jsem brala vel. 9.5 (41) a sedla výborně. Výška podpatku 6cm. Boty jsou vhodné na úzkou nožku. Doprava do ČR okolo 3 týdnů. Doporučuji.

Exactly as the picture! Made from quality materials. If you have a wider foot, consider sizing up .5-1 size. True to size as well.
size is smaller than standard. I used their chart but the shoes are really tight on me. The holes are poorly made. other than that, the quality of the shoes seem very nice though.

These shoes are super cute and I wore them out for the first time today. I got them in the black and beige and they were nicely packaged. The material doesn’t look cheap and it’s actually really nice! I’m a size 6 but my feet are on the smaller side so I could even fit in a 5.5 depending on the shoe and I got this in a size 36. It fit perfectly. The reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because I WAS BLEEDING. I only wore them for 2 hours to go out to eat and made the mistake of not wearing no show socks because I was only going to be out for a little bit. Big mistake. I felt a stinging pain after 1 hour. I didn’t even walk around THAT much. I came home and both my ankles were BLEEDING LMAO like very very badly. I recommend these but you HAVE TO WEAR SOCKS or get a pad insole for the heel. Otherwise, it’ll be a bloody mess.

They are way too big sadly, I bought a size up so I would be sure they would fit but they are too big now. more then that they are good material and comfortable even though they are too big. I just look really weird now because they are too big.

AMAZING SHOES !!! They are just PERFECT. I took size 35 and it fits perfectly, tight but just like I like them :) And they come in a very protective plastic bag. Also I really like the 2 little patch to avoid any pain in the back of the feet.
