How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

boots are beautiful and good quality, however it is impossible to stay in it because the heels is 2 cm longer then the sole. I contacted with store and i obtain proposal of afford repair (cut heels). Shoemaker shorted the heels and now boots are usable.
Посылка пришла быстро, качество средн , пройтись даже метр невозможно , ширина голенища как писал кто то ниже, не продумано , сложно застегнуть молнию а потом болтаэться...

В целом не плохо. Были некоторые недочёты, пришлось ремонтировать на месте. Продавец возместил стоимость ремонта.

Simplemente hermosos, pero tiene dos puntos malos: -restos de pegamento en el cierre y otras zonas. -un pedazo de clavo ligeramente salido dentro del zapato, no es perceptible por el pie, pero con la mano es táctil. Aunque tiene puntos malos, no son nada que no se pueda arreglar, si volvería a comprar en esta tienda.

Внешне все выглядит красиво, только вот это никак не поносишь, потому-что нет жесткости в подошве и каблук подгибается при нагрузке.
Lovely boots, they arrived in 11 days. I got to say that they are pretty comfortable (of course not made to walk unless you have inhumane balance) size is correct, and for the price I'm just fascinated 100% recommended.

Отличные балетки. С качеством повезло, нигде огрехов нет. Чуть широковат верх, возможно из-за того, что ножка тонкая. Размер идеально подошёл на 245мм (размерная сетка верная), на подошве стоит размер 39

the delivery took just about 5 days and a half. Much sooner than ETA (12-28days). However, there is still problem with measurement. It is a bit bigger than my measurement. Anyway, The quality (Material and design) is superb and the real product is as shown in the pictures. Thanks a lot.

Good boots for the price, although they are not total top of the line. The ankle is not well fitted, and is a bit large. When I first did them up, I pulled too hard on the strings and one of the tall rivets came out. It was easily fitted back in, and hasn't come out again yet. The straps are done up by velcro, and there is a cute lock and key decoration. The boots were packaged in a careful way that preserved the shine of the material. Overall these boots are decent quality, and great for the cost, but they are for photoshoots and aesthetic than for rigorous restrictive play.
Качество ботинок на высоком уровне, по крайне мере соответствует своей цене, если не выше. Каблук и крепления для шнуровки надёжные, ступне внутри комфортно, выглядят в живую просто невероятно, в разы лучше точно, что показано на фотографиях (по крайне мере матовая версия), соответствует размерной таблице. Насчёт доставки, продавец сразу же предупредил, что отправка может занять до семи рабочих дней. Я, на всякий случай, продлил время оформления заказа на десять дней, но продавец уложился в срок. До Питера дошли за десять дней, плюс шесть на оформление. Итого шестнадцать дней, что весьма и весьма неплохо. Итого: Шикарные балетки, хоть и с кусающейся ценой без скидки. Качество обуви, конечно же оправдывает стоимость, но, честно, я бы подождал какую-нибудь скидку и брал бы в районе 4000 рублей.

Good quality as pictured. Custom made to size. i ordered a little too big - plus 2.5 male sizes. Laces and zipper for easy removal. No arch support inside boot. Sturdy. Nice finish.

Quality looks excellent, top is a bit wide around the leg show it looks a little loose, but not bad. Wish the top closed with a buckle rather than Velcro, but it is still an excellent item for the price. It is hard to stand and nearly impossible to walk, which is exactly what my wife wanted- so I have to crawl.

Very difficult to stand, and nearly impossible to maintain balance to walk. Heel angle is exactly like the picture and puts a lot of pressure on the toes. This is exactly as expected and very good. Boot quality feels very solid and I'm not afraid to put my entire body weight on the boots. Packaging was very thorough and careful. The belt on the top of the boot is closed with velcro instead of a clasp, but looks exactly like the picture.
