Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

The white and lavender one are much smaller than the black one for some reason, I even ordered a size up like I did with the black one and they’re still too small/short. The white one is completely transparent and you can see my legs through them. So I wouldn’t recommend the white one. The lavender one is really cute, but even smaller than the white one even though they’re the same size. The elastic band in the waists are also not as giving as the one in the black skirt. I like the lavender one but wished I’d known to order two sizes bigger. I followed the size chart but they’re still too tight/short. Overall they’re made well and sewn well, they don’t have any loose threads or anything.

Юбка отличная! Материал может быть и синтетика, но приятная ткань на ощупь. На рост 170 заказала М, в талии чуть-чуть жмёт, но ничего страшного, сам пояс на резинке, растянется. Правда длина юбки - чуть попу прикрывает, поэтому на улице аккуратнее ! :) а так, доставка не долгая, заказывала 27.02 пришло 20.03 до Челябинска + продавец положил подарочек, не совсем поняла, что это ( наверное, сережки - гвоздики)! Спасибо !!!

На юбке нет ярлыка, но на посылке стоит xl. На талию 75 даже мерить не стала, ориентировалась по отзывам, но выглядит как российский xs. 13-летней худенький сестре подарю, будет самое то))

Мои параметры 16850. Взяла размер S. Да, она ОЧЕНЬ короткая, но лично я для этого и заказывала :) На улицу в ней выйти нельзя, при любом ветерке будет видно попу. Качество хорошее, нитки не торчат, материал хорошо тянется. Я довольна. Доставка была менее двух недель. В упаковке был подарочек, хотя я не очень поняла, что это. Булавки или серьги в виде бусинок? В любом случае, это мило, хоть я не пользуюсь ни тем, ни другим.
