How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Pullover is soft, thick, warm and cozy in it. At 44-46 is good

I ordered 12.12 received 6.01 in podmoskov. Excellent turtleneck, took already 2 in other colors of the year 3 years ago they were 650r., decided and black to buy, it is even denser than the first. I wash in the typewriter, nothing is done to them, excellent. thank you.

Очень довольна, есть пару затяжек, но уберу это все крючком. Доехало быстрее чем остальные посылки заказанные в этот день (заказала 7.12/27.12 уже получила! Продавца рекомендую, спасибо!♥️

Turtleneck is very good. Knitwear is dense, soft. There are no labels with the composition. Sleeves are long at 160. You can safely take high. The color is beautiful, but without pink podton. The seams are even, the threads do not stick out.

Плотная, приятная водолазка, подошла по размеру, но нет никакой информации о составе , скорее всего синтетика.
Заказ в Свердловскую область шёл 18 дней. Посылку привез курьер, прямо в квартиру. Утром предупредил, что будет доставка. Свитер очень понравился. Выбрала бежевый цвет, и не ошиблась. Очень приятный, не белый и не темный. скорее цвет кофе с молоком. Свитер на ощупь как шелковый, непонятно, что за нитки, но синтетика, точно. К коже приятно. Связан лапшой. Пока маловат под мышками, но, думаю, растянется со временем. Пока буду носить с удовольствием. Продавцу спасибо за все! Подписалась на него, ещё заказывать буду!

Свитер очень-очень мягкий и приятный на ощупь. по размеру подошло на 46/48 размер, рост 167 и рукава пришлось немного загнуть, но это лучше чем они были бы короткие. Возникло желание заказать в другом цвете. Дошло до Подмосковья достаточно быстро, трек отслеживался на всем пути. Рекомендую.
Как на картинке. Очень мягкий, синтетика чувствуется. На рост 170 рукава хорошие по длине, сам свитер мне бы хотелось подлиннее, тк когда понимаешь руки -подскакивает и свитер.В общем, к покупке рекомендую

Товар дошел за 12 дней в Екатеринбург. водолазка очень мягкая и теплая. рукава длинные, поднимаю около 5 см на рост 170 см. к качеству претензий нет! все аккуратно сшито, нитки не торчат! цвет немного отличается, точнее, оттенок) более с зелена отличает! может мне просто такой цвет достался) я хотела более шоколадный! Но носить буду с удовольствием в холодные времена)
Кофта хорошая теплая, больше всего горловина нравится. Но цвет я всё таки закажу ещё другой. В этом я теряюсь.
На рост 174, ОГ 96, ОТ 74, ОБ 104 водолазка подошла отлично. Рукава не короткие, что порадовало. Приятная к телу, тёплая. Без запаха. Буду носить с удовольствием. Трек отслеживался. Продавцу спасибо.

Вещь качественная, для роста 160 см действительно достаточно длинная. Не понимаю почему так вышло, продавец дал другой трек-код.
Все хорошо на рост 170 даже длинновата как в купавах так и по длинне, так что девочкам не ниже 170 советую , единственное цвет не совсем такой как на фото темнее
