Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

Товар пришёл на удивление быстро, почти за три недели, на мой 50р заказала XXL, но так как рост у меня 178 немного коротковато , но не критично, а по ширине и в груди отлично, цвет как на фото, красиво очень, и за такую цену класс, у нас в магазине такая сорочка стоит 2000р
Заказом довольна. Размер, исходя из отзывов, взяла побольше. Доставка чуть меньше месяца. Спасибо продавцу.

Не первый раз заказываю из Китая кружевные сорочки. По опыту: у данного товара вполне неплохое качество, сидит тоже великолепно. По размеру сложно: я брала XL на свой 46, село идеально, нигде не обтягивает, складки не просвечиваются, но в груди (3-80) чашка маловата. Объём и больше вполне будет ничего смотреться, думаю и 85, и 90. Но вот по чашке у кого больше 2 - брать не рекомендую, потому что лиф с косточками: либо косточка на полгруди будет, а не снизу, либо грудь будет вываливаться

Цвет не мятный. а ярко бирюзовый,подойдет на маленькую грудь,...внутри швы не обработаны,480 рублей не стоит отдавать.Заказала 20.12 пришло 10.01 в Челябинск.

Очень крутой пеньюарчик!!! В Минск прибыл за месяц и 10 дней. На свои параметры 86*70*93 заказала размер "L" и не прогодала, сел отлично, поэтому если носите 44-46 размер меньше "L" не заказывайте. Сшит очень хорошо, все швы ровненькие, кружева идеальные, нитки не торчат, без запаха, и ещё в комплекте шли трусики. Единственное цвет очень отличается (заказывала цвет Khaki, а пришёл нежно сиреневый). Продавец общительный, помогает с выбором размера, спасибо ему за хороший товар!)

It’s good, with a good fabric, BUT the inside plastic bag from the sending package had a protection sticker and it was broken. I’m not sure if something happened in its way to here or the store sent it that way, and can think lots of things of what happened with the intimate clothes that you bought... anyway... the product was great.
Bought a size larger as the other one was too small. Happy with the product and service.
