How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

la mochila corresponde al color que se ve en la imagen, tardo al rededor de un mes y medio en llegar. La mochila es muy amplia, las libretas que aparecen en las fotos son de tamaño profesional y aún así queda mucho espacio. tiene forro pero en algunas bolsas no lo tiene en ambos lados, solo en uno, dudo que sea contra el agua. El vendedor añadió un pequeño llavero de regalo, estoy muy contenta con la compra.

it's quite smaller than I thought but the backpack is still nice. The quality of the bag is nice and sturdy. It zip easy too. The photo of the bag is accurate. I can fit about one 3 inch binder easily, and another one if I shove it in. I recommend for middle schoolers, maybe high schooler if u dont have alot of classes.Also fast shipping is a huge plus.

I'm from brazil (sorocaba city, são paulo state) and it arrived like super fast, i'm amazed. The kaychain that came together is a plus and it's very cute. I just had the impression that the backpack was bigger when i saw the pictures, but that is probably a wrong impression, once all of my stuff fit perfectly. Рюкзак чудесен! Качество, размер оправдали все ожидания! Продавец положил подарочки. За сколько пришел точно не знаю, мне не сообщили, на 19 день я решила сходить на почту, а рюкзак уже ждал меня. Очень довольна, однозначно рекомендую!

Очень хороший рюкзак. Качество отличное, ткань приятная, не торчит ни одной ниточки, цвет как на картинке. Удобен в ношении.
