Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Beautiful Boots. I'm really pleased with them!
Bought these on Nov 11 and were shipped to me by Dec 5 in Canada, ive had worse and ive had better in terms of shipping times but nothing to be pissed about. They were packaged very nicely in a large bubble-like container so they were kept pristine. The quality of the shoes is amazing, they are everything i expected and more. I tried them on with thick socks and they were a bit tight especially around the ankes but thin socks or pantyhose would be fine. All in all very beautiful

Stunning quality boots ! No traces of glue, perfect sizing, glitters don't go when you touch it. The store personnally contact you to help you choose the size. Sizing system is the same as in France. Just take your usual size. I was between 39 and 40 (never 41), i took 40, it's perfect even with a pair of socks. Spray them for impermeability and put an extra sole under to not slide. Fast shipping (2 weeks for France) and very well packed. Will order again ! Thank you !
Заказала 7.10 получила на почте 3.11 , чуть меньше месяца шла посылка. Первое впечатление от посылки такое, хорошо упаковано, воздушной подушкой, вмятин нет, в ботинки вставлены из пенопласта формы, чтобы не деформировались. Это супер, отлично! Но когда раскрыла пакет, запах клея ужасный внутри ботинок , как будто только что их при мне склепали. Каблук обклеен мишурой , как на Новый год на елку дождик, боюсь , что будут со временем проплешины и всё обсыпется при ходьбе. Размер отлично, моя стопа 24,5 см, даже на тепленький носок есть запас, не в притык, нога свободна. Высота каблука удобная, на улицу ещё не выходила. Поставила на балкон, с надеждой, что запах испарится. Положили в подарок резиночку для волос.
