How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

The dress color is very pretty on my skin. It turned out to be a slight beige with brown peach and lavender. Makes my skin looks good and respects my bridemaids colour codes for the dresses. The material is light and form fitting so I will need to hit the gym. All in all a very good merchandise with a good price and the sizing cart is good. Despite, the Canadian shipping labour they were able to deliver within 16-26 days.
Отличное платье, насыщенный цвет. Трикотаж мягкий, хорошо тянется и красиво драпируется. На рост 156 длина до пола. Резинка на талии не болтается, село отлично. Если юбку надеть выше, поверх груди, то можно получить более скромные варианты драпировки и более удобную длину под любую обувь. С резинкой на талии - вечерние варианты под каблуки. Яркий красный цвет, не просвечивает. Рекомендую.

the dress is a bit brighter than photo shows, no quite as subtle lilac as expected, but still nice. I'm about a size NZ 20-22 & it fits with room to spare. sits as ankle length.

Very fast shipping. The straps are thinner then I expected and so as material. I have 173cm and itis also a bit short for me. I intended to dress it on wedding, but it doesn't seem right for me.

Increíble vestido! si lo pones al trasluz puedes ver que transparenta un poco, pero de un tono oscuro y puesto no se nota nada. Tela con caída, muy bonita y las tiras del pecho reforzadas. El color precioso.
На рост 160 без обуви немного не достаёт до пола. Лучше было бы подлиннее на 5-10 см. Коротковато будет с каблуками, но в общем пойдёт. Ткань тонкая и просвечивает, нужен подъюбник по хорошему. Размер сел отлично, выглядит в общем не плохо.

Sukienka jest przepiękna, materiał delikatny, miły dla ciała, lejący. Zamówiłam 10.11. I dostałam 26.11., bardzo szybka przesyłka. Jedynym minusem jest to, że szarfy do wiązania nie są tak długie jak na zdjęciach, co niestety bardzo ogranicza możliwość wiązania sukienki. Poza tym bardzo polecam!
Me ha llegado exactamente 15 días después de comprarlo. Se ve bastante bien, la tela quizás un poco fina pero no se transparenta una vez puesto. Las costuras parecen más o menos bien hechas. Para una talla EU 36-38 (ES 38-40) he comprado la M y queda bien. incluso una talla S puede que hubiese valido pero a lo mejor la falda sería un poco corta, por lo que me parece que la M es la mejor opción en mi caso. Muy bonito, casi con toda seguridad compraré alguno más en otro color.

The color is beautiful. For my high somehow too long, the rubber band loose and I would welcome longer and wider straps but otherwise I'm happy with it.

The dress looks like it's worth million dollars :D I am 161cm height, weigh 64kg, L size of the color "vintage" was looking perfectly, also had perfect length. This "vintage" color dress has also very nice material and is very light. Although L size of the color "maxi", was looking a little big on me and too long. Seller that I have been contacting is super nice and friendly, always replied so fast :) My personal suize guide for girls: If you are wearing size between M & L -> order size M. If you are wearing size L and only sometimes M -> order size L. If you are wearing between S & M -> order M if you are a little bit taller (170cm) and order S if you are not so tall (>160cm).

Just like picture these are my fourth ones I’ve ordered for my wedding! True to size a little sheer but not too bad! Awesome for the price
The color of the royal blue is gorgeous and matches the photos! The sash is far shorter than the pictures implies and not as broad. I will likely have to find matching fabric to lengthen the sash. I'm only 5'8" I'd hope it's not that I'm too tall for the dress. The skirt fits perfectly but it's difficult to get all the styles you see online with the shorter sash.
Dress is nice, but the strips are shorter and smaller than in other dresses in this type so I can't wear it like I wanted to wear.
