How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

My skirt arrived in 2 weeks. I love it. It looks just like the picture. Use the sizing chart when you order because I had to order a size up and get a medium. It is still a bit snug but it isn’t uncomfortable. The shorts under it are made of a nice material compared to other skirts I’ve bought online. I haven’t tried washing it yet and I think that will get out the wrinkles. It is a bit short so if you don’t like that maybe avoid this one.
Ставлю 4 звезды, потому что ткань просто ужасная, но за такую цену - нормально. Нитки немного торчали, но не критично. Шортики очень короткие, но всё равно спасают. Юбка короткая, но носить возможно. Есть небольшая складка в районе спины, может потому, что у меня сильный изгиб, не знаю...
Качество хорошее.Размер подошёл идеально.Правда на мою попу еле налезло.Талия 70.Бедра 95.Заказывала размер М.Всем рекомендую

Great skirt, but sadly it was damaged and I had paint or some weird spots on it. I opened dispute and requested a refund or resend of the product. I got my money back without a problem. Will definitely reorder my skirt here. Seller really understanding and friendly!! Shipping was also very quick. So if something is wrong with you item don't be scared. They will help you out. :-)
Поссылку я заказала 28.6 пришла 8.7 (10 дней) до оренбурга.Юбка была мне большая и спадала хотя я заказа свой размер,была более голубая чем на фото,торчали нитки.Но юбка мне понравилась и юбка приехала раньше чем обещали.И самый часто задоваемый вопрос:шорты танутся? На свои параметры: рост 164 или 165, талия 69, бёдра 76, заказывала xs и не прогадала, юбка хорошо села, только пуговицу пришлось перешить, но это не страшно) юбка хорошего качества, на свою цену оправдано, нитки не торчат, в такой юбке булет жарко из-за шорт, но я думаю пережить можно, сейчас кинула в стирку, посмотрим что будет

Заказ шел неделю, отслеживался~ Мои параметры: рост 162, вес 50, тело 88-62-91 Взяла на размер больше своего, т.к. думала, что юбка держится именно на талии, и если размер больше - будет длиннее. На самом деле юбка держится на бедрах (линии живота), конечно, если носить именно на линии живота - она будет чуть длиннее. ДЛИНА ЮБКИ - 36 см ПОЖАЛУЙСТА, УКАЗЫВАЙТЕ РАЗМЕР БЕДЕР (ПОПА), ПОТОМУ ЧТО ИМЕННО ОТ ЕЕ РАЗМЕРОВ ЗАВИСИТ, КАК ЮБКА БУДЕТ СМОТРЕТЬСЯ!!! Например, на девочке с ростом больше моего, но попой меньше, юбка будет чуть длиннее!! Теперь о товаре: ткань не просвечивает, ниток лишних не было, после стирки не садится. На первом фото юбка не отлажена, а последующих после использования утюга, (если хорошо отладить складочки - смотрится лучше, и длиннее. The delivery to the US was so fast! This item arrived in about 1 week. The quality of the skirt is great. It is not see-through and is not made of cheap stretch fabric. This appears to be a 100% cotton skirt. Each skirt was individually packaged and there were two envelopes over that packaging to protect the skirts. Great product, great shipping. 5/5!
Покупала дочери основываясь на отзывы, всё подошло , но цвет не соответствует вместо бордового ярко красный. Сама модель юбки короткая. Гулять вечером в этой юбке я ее не отпущу)
в целом заказом довольна, но немного огорчило наличие пятна на молнии (к сожалению оно ни чем так и не вывелось, и просвечивает через юбку). Насчёт размера... в талии надо немного ушить пару см, но по бёдрам хорошо легло.

Cute and high waisted. There are briefs attached to the skirt to hide your underwear, which is nice. Shorter than expected and there are lose threads, especially in the briefs. I ordered Navy and it is closer to black than blue. But overall good product.
I ordered a small the skirt couldn’t even get pass my thighs so i cut the shorts off and i was able to get the skirt on. It’s a lil tight around the waist but it fits
Unfortunately the skirt i ordered was too small, even though i'm usually a large in skirts from here, but it is super cute and nothings wrong with it, its just too small.
it looks exactly like the picture but a small was too small for me even though that is my normal size. I love it though so i will definitely order again, the store was nice and told me i should get a size medium
If you have big thighs, get at least 2 sizes bigger!!!!! I read the reviews and took a size bigger (M to L), and it didn’t even go past my thighs. Crazy. It’s good material though. If you don’t have thick thighs, I suggest getting even one size bigger. Beautiful skirt but too small! This was tracked. I weight about 125-130lbs and 5’2 (or 157.48cm) in height just in case people need a reference. I didn’t communicate with store. Slow shipping.

I ordered 2 sizes up qnd the skirt fits but it's really short, it'll work though.
Thick, nice quality material! I would order a size up, my waist is 27 inches (68 cm) and a Medium fit too tight.
The sizing chart is actually pretty accurate— if you read it correctly. I got my measurements wrong and I bought a size M when I have 39” hips and that did not fit at all. Oh well, still really cute though!

adorable and great material! some loose threads here and there but those can be trimmed. black shorts underneath are very helpful. my waist is around 64cm and a small fit perfectly
This skirt is really cute. But the pant inside is super small even for me, I usually wear xs-s. For me the short is super tight but the waist is still a little big. So there is something strange with the size. Overall the material is good, the form is good only having trouble with the sizing.
