How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

This dress is absolutely stunning. I’m glad I went with the medium size. Once it’s on I probably could’ve gone with a small, but it is difficult to get over your head/shoulders because there is obviously no stretch. It is the most beautiful piece of clothing that I have ever owned!

It got here really quick. I got the gold and it’s sooo pretty. I’m 5’8 and 130 A cup and got a medium so to my hips. I didn’t want to rip the dress. Also put the dress on above your head. Much easier than pulling it up!

store took long to communicate with and took an extra week to ship. dress arrived in 3 weeks of order date and is exactly as described. wished i sized up but was too scared that it would be to low in the front but i dont think that would have been a problem. low on the back but if you have tools you can change to loops to be tighter like i did. thighs very bare thats why i wanted to size up but its really sparkly.

It is absolutely beautiful. So worth the money for what you get. The only thing I will say that’s negative about the product is that there’s no fastening around the neck, you just wrap the ends around, so it’s a pretty risky dress. I’ve also bought a diamanté belt to go around it (which hasn’t arrived yet) because as it’s loose fitting it doesn’t give me much shape

I ordered an xl (I typically wear small to medium dresses). I wanted a bit more of a slouchy look. It looks exactly like the picture but the only thing I’m worried for is the straps, but I’ll have to get them fixed or made more secure from a local tailor. I recommend this dress since it’s such a good price.

I am normally a size medium and I ordered a size medium and it fit absolutely perfect. Although it is VERY delicate and the dress ripped a little bit less than a centimetre getting it on because it was hard going over the booty so if you’re a little curvier get a size up to ensure you don’t ruin your dress. I’m absolutely in love, I can’t wait till my birthday or a special event of mine comes up so I can wear it because it’s too special to wear at somebody else’s event! It is revealing but as long as you’re happy with it that’s all that should matter! It also looks sooo expensive which is a plus.
