Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you’re curvy or on the thicker side, this item will still fit nicely. It’s stretchy enough to fit and it’s exactly like the pictures. My only complaint is that the ring is really heavy which causes the turtleneck part to hang over and fold. Have to readjust it everytime it folds over itself

Очень быстро доставлено. Качество на удивление классное, рукава и длина кофты по размеру, хотя опасалась что будет мало. Выглядит супер. НО! учитывайте что горловина очень высокая( выше чем на фото) хотя я имею достаточно длинную шею, кончики горловины достают до нижней челюсти. Но выглядит это прикольно + носить можно и растегнутым. Рекомендую!
The shirt is great but it's very tight for me. I like things to be a little bit loose fit but this one is very tight on me. Otherwise it's light and nice to wear.
