Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

The product size is much smaller than the XXL standard (American or Canadian standard). Usually I wear XL for clothes. I bought the XXL and it did not close. In that case, I will not be able to use it. I suggest the store to follow the American size of XL, XXL. The only problem is the size for me. Even so the product is of good quality.

Надо было ХL заказывать, в принципе мне L подошел (ОГ 89, ОТ 71, ОБ 92, рост 162) , но хотелось бы в плечах посвободнее, но если брать хl то широко в талии сильно было бы.

The store had to resend the item as the post have lost the parcel. So it took ~2 months to arrive. I took the size L on 173 cm, normaly size S in EU. The sleeves are way too short, but other fits decent. Bodysuit is completely see through.
