How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Курточка понравилась, не тяжелая, достаточно теплая (мех тонкий), но рукава к сожалению идут без меха. Качество хорошее, швы ровные , но вот размер М больше похож на S, на худенькой девочке подростке села впритык(рост 175, талия 60). Продавец отправил быстро и дошла в Казахстан всего за 3 недели.
Единственный минус, в руковах нет шерсти, зимой будет рукам холодно

Куртка синтетическая, тонкая. Думаю, она максимум на градусов 10. На свой s заказывала m и пришло размер в размер. Так что если кто хочет оверсайз, берите l (проще говоря, на два размера больше). Не пахнет, ничего не торчит, не отваливается, карманы маленькие. В целом, качество хорошее. 4 заезды за точность описания, поскольку на фото она кажется темнее и теплее.

Ну такое... по цене и качество) брала за 1500 по скидке, но три она точно не стоит, тонкая аж просвечивает, да и вообще какая-то хлипкая, на начало осени только, рукава без подклада и пуговицы не внушают доверия, нитки тоже торчат местами, ну а что бы мы хотели за такие деньги) по размеру подошла, но можно было бы и М взять, доставка быстрая

Вельветовая курточка с утеплителем. Подходит по сезону на теплую осень / весну. В южных регионах может быть и до поздней осени / ранней зимы. На параметры 81-65-89 я выбрала размер М, по размеру подошла, меньше точно не надо. Если хотите размер более оверсайз, то нужно брать больше. Мой рост 160, длина куртки прикрывает поясницу. Куртка легкая, с искусственным утеплителем. В рукавах просто подклад. Материал – вельвет. К заказу доступна только в данном цвете – коричневом. Куртка с отложным воротником, есть четыре функциональных кармана (по два на груди, два сбоку). Застегивается на металлические пуговички. Качество фабричное, претензий нет. Смотрится классно, покупкой довольна.
Классная вещь, но в пошиве рукавов используется обычная подкладная ткань, а не, как многие думают, мех. Выглядит стильно, нитки не торчат, сама она весенняя максимум, хотя с сибирские летом, она весна-лето. Дальше не потянет совсем.
Доставка очень быстрая. Качество такое себе, но носить можно. Никакого хлопка в составе нет, только полиэстер. Не теплая, на +8 где-то. Цвет приятный. Очень маломерит, на параметры ОГ105 ОТ75 и рост 168 взяла XL, оказалось впритык. Покупала за 1257р с купоном продавца

Отличная куртка! Очень стильно смотрится. На свой рост 164 и 44 размер заказала L и не прогадала. Кое-где торчат нитки, но это ерунда. Качество отличное. Рукава очень тоненькие, как у ветровки, поэтому холодной осенью и зимой носить точно не вариант - только на теплую осень или весну. Материал вельвет - мягкий и приятный на ощупь. Цвет - светло-коричневый. Все в точности как на фото и в описании. Продавец отправил товар на следующий день после заказа и куртка пришла спустя 20 дней, то есть довольно быстро для меня.
