How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
отличная куртка. в рукавах меха нет. первый раз посылка уехала в Воронеж. продавец отправил повторно. на рост 172 брала ххл . слегка свободно, но в плечах хорошл
this looks soo good! just like in picture! it felt a little small. im a size 14-16 and I ordered the XXL ... usually i go for XL but i wanted this to be a little oversized. all is good thou
Ordered the largest size but still too small. Nice quality though, I would recommend. Just not for tall people with wide shoulders lol

Por el precio que tiene, la calidad es estupenda. Chaqueta muy bonita; las tallas están bien descritas pero realmente recomiendo pedir una más para que quede cómoda. Estoy realmente contenta con el pedido a pesar de que ha tardado 48 días en llegar. La recomiendo bastante si estáis buscando una chaqueta para entre-tiempo. El vendedor muy amable.

Просто замечательно! Я обожаю этот куртец, хоть он и для тёплой погоды. Взяла самый большой размер, чтоб влезал на мой гигантский свитер. Продавец - супервежливый, были небольшие проблемы с доставкой, но всё разрешили. Если сомневаетесь, покупать или нет, однозначно берите! Смотрится дорого и замша приятная. Десять из десяти. ❤

курточка хорошая,но со своими минусами-рукава тонкие,кое где торчат ниточки.XL хорошо сел на грудь 97см и рост 155см,только на мой рост рукава немного длинноваты.Карманы глубокие.А ещё продавец ошибся и дал не тот трек номер) когда я ему написала,он выслал мне мой,и как оказалось моя посылка лежала пять дней на почте.Очень долго продавец не отсылал мне товар,16го числа сделала заказ ,а 25го посылка была принята на почте! ещё с прошлого заказа мне обещал два бакса купонами,за прошлый косяк по товару,и в этом заказе не дал,вот так вот..

nice jacket but came a bit dirty and the jacket is a bit short
wrong track and trace number, but super quick to fix.
the jacket is awesome. took 4 weeks to get to me. i got the biggest size, XL. Unfortunately it doesn't have that oversized look to it. you'll only get that look of you're small sized. I am 5'4 and weigh 150 lbs. store communicated well. I am satisfied with my purchase

И вот я смотрела как моя посылка едет в совершенно другой город и там была получена. Написала продавцу, спросила что это за херня, на что мне ответили, что это была ошибка и сейчас мы отправим. Хорошо хоть пришло. А так я почитала отзывы продавца и, видимо, он часто такое практикует, так что будьте настороже
На рост 173 взяла L, подошло всё, кроме длины, немного коротко, но с футболкой не заметно. куртка на прохладное лето идеально.

рукава тонкие как у рубашки, а носить джинсовки со свитерами мне не по нраву. пуговицы звенят. фасон оверсайз, соответственно полнит. ну а так стильно, цвет хорош. заказала на распродаже за косарь, дороже она не может стоить.

Курточка пришла быстро (буквально две недели) до Нижнего Новгорода. На свой S взяла XL, не пожалела- села хорошо, можно свитер теплый одеть, хорошая длина рукавов. Качество бесподобное для курточки за такие деньги. Большое спасибо продавцу, очень общительный))
