How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Купальник хороший, но оказался большим. На параметры ОГ82, ОТ60, ОБ90 размер S великоват. Особенно верх. Был бы XS, но такого размера нет. А, так качество хорошее.
купальник красивый,на 50 xl в размер,пришел очень быстро в Тульскую область за 10 дней.
Купальник сам по себе хороший. Низ подошел, но к сожалению верх оказался меньше чем ожидалось, возможно из-за большой паралоновой подкладки, которая не снимается.

Заказ выслали моментально, пришёл в течение 2х недель. Трек отслеживается. Качество отличное. На размер 48 был выбран xl: плавки сели хорошо, но вот лиф чуть-чуть великоват. Мне не составит большого труда убрать излишек по шву, чтобы чашки сели на место, так сказать☺️. Спасибо продавцу за приятный сюрприз: резиночку для волос и браслет на лодыжку, я полагаю. С удовольствием закажу что-нибудь ещё из данного магазина.

La talla se corresponde a la europea. Relación calidad/precio buena, tiene detalles de hilos sueltos y remates pero por el precio muy satisfecha. Tardó dos semanas aproximadamente en llegar.
Купальник пришел в МО за 2,5 недели. На майские праздники попал. Качество отменное, единственное нужно было чуть меньшего размер заказать. Ношу 46 заказала L, т.к. обычно лиф оказывается маловат для М. Но разница не критична. В подарок продавец положил спиральную резинку и браслетик, ну ооооочень приятно.

заказала l, из за чашки, ношу М. И ВОТ ЧТО ПОЛУЧИЛОСЬ. трусы хорошо закрывают попу и живот до пупка, не бабулины трусы. смотрятся интересно. А вот верх конечно не простой, для груди 70D чашка захватывает от середины груди, т.е. грудь моя не лежала в самой чашке, хоть это и не бросается в глаза, потому что широкая ткань с резинкой ниже всё это скрывают. и так как размером я промахнулась, мне пришлось ушивать резинку, и был брак на чашках. за что ставлю 4 звезды. но продавец вернул 300р. купила где то за 750

The cups are very small and otherwise top part a bit loose. Also cups are sewn in a weird way so it kind of cuts into my boobs and skin hangs over it. Not a flattering look. Bottoms also cut into my skin tho they are a bit big on me. Could have ordered a smaller size if cups were bigger and sews would not cut into skin on the bottom half. Otherwise very nice quality and really appreciate the little gift from the store.
До Приморья посылка дошла за 2 недели, это очень быстро, до нас посылки идут по 1,5 месяца. Брала размер S на параметры 80-65-92, рост 156. Трусы супер, а вот верх какой-то неудобный... Не могу понять, что с ним не так, как будто чашки широкие, впиваются рядом с подмышками. Может это из-за моей очень маленькой груди :) лямки не снимаются, но можно засунуть их в лиф. Продавец положил подарок

Быстро, качественно, без запаха! Немного ниток, но это не беда если дома есть ножницы. Чашка с легким пушапом. Чёрный лиф скорее графитовый по цвету. В комплекте есть тонкие лямки которые можно снять или одеть. Все окей) до спб 13 дней.
