Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

Para un pie de 24.5 cm pedí una talla USD 8 (o talla 39) y la el zapato solo mide 24.2 cm por lo que el zapato queda pequeño. la talla USD 8 (o talla 39) es mas correcto para una pie de 24 cm que no uno de 24.5. El envío vino con dos regalos: Una Bolsa de transporte de los zapatos y unas tapas para el tacón. Agradecería al vendedor que revisara la tabla de talla para que no sucedan este tipo de cosas

Отличные туфли, супер быстрая доставка за 9 дней Липецк, очень удобная колодка, каблук то, что надо, устойчивый и красиво на ноге смотрится. В комплект продавец положил чехол и накаблучники. При заказе латиноамериканских туфель будьте внимательнее, т. к размерная сетка отличается от туфель на Европейскую программу. Поэтому ориентируетесь на размеры указанные в таблице продавца, на 37 размер взяли 6,5 USA или 36 европейский, т. к латину всегда чуть меньше на размер берем чтобы пальцы не уезжали при натягивании носка. Всем рекомендую.

латину беру обычно на размер меньше, на 38 взяла 6, палец свисает на мм5, если тянуть носок то как раз стопа аккуратно выглядит. перепонку я просто срезала, она мне не идет)

The shoes are gorgeous, but they don't fit me. Unfortunately, the smallest available size EURO 34 are too big and the store does not offer any shoe in EURO 33 or 32. The sizing comparisons are very confusing as well. Usually a US 4 = EURO 32 but the size chart says US 4 = EURO 34 = JAP 21cm = Universal 22cm. Very confusing. Not so accurate with the sizing. The shoes fortunately come with a spacious bag and a well-fitted heel guard. Shoes arrived in their best condition; are flexible, elegant, and sturdy. Thank you, seller!
