How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

The dress received in aprox. 20 days in Czech. Very nice summer dress, nice material and fabrication, for aprox. 168 cm high and 51 kg fits the size S very good (stretch material), lenght just right. Thank you for good business, i recommend.

At a height of 168 cm (98-75-98) according to reviews took 2xl. It in general is just, nowhere presses anything, but it is extremely short

The dress is exactly like in the picture, quality is good, just some loose threads. The problematic part - first be ready for a shock - taken out of the package it looks like meant for 5 years old kid, and yes - it does the magic - the sizing chart is kind of right - you will get it on - it is short like it is meant to be, it is elastic in breasts - so it fits there, but the biggest issue - this dress has ridiculously small arm openings. Without stretch - 20 cm, with a stretch - maximum 30-32 cm (for a size XXL). I have never ever in my life had issues with arms not fitting good enough. And it fits kind of - I can get the dress on, but the too tight arms are definitely annoying, even if the rest of the dress actually is fitting normal. So - if you have slim arms - it will fit ok. If you have average size arms - it will fit, but with a stretch (sorry for a pun). If you are predisposed for bigger arms - better choose another dress.

The order was made 02/06 and arrived 13/06, in perfect condition, how inconvenient the dress is very but very short, i don't know if by washing it shrink more or not, in my case i have size s already measured 1.56 cm in height and i have thin build, It could be complemented by leggings, but the thing is, it's a dress, the sleeves usually tighten a lot, leaving marks on the arms.
