How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

This is an amazing product and I will definitely advice my other friends to buy this too. Quality is great and shipping time went quickly!
First of all super fast shipping to the states, took only 14 days to arrive. I am 5'4, 34DDD, ~30 inch waist. I ordered an XL and the Black dress fits just perfectly with and without bra (little snug, but that's the style). The apron straps are short because it's under your breasts, but I could not wear a bra with it to reach, but not a big problem because the dress hold the ladies good! (pics taken without bra). Overall, I seriously reccomend this product, it is just as advertised and I love it!
It basically looks exactly like the photos shown, except that the edges are not doubled over and hemmed, but rather finished with a serged edge. It's well put together and there were only a couple of loose threads which needed to be trimmed on the headband. Overall everything looks better than what I expected to receive and it shipped very quickly. It arrived in less than two weeks! The fabric is clearly very lightweight and a bit cheap but it's not a costumy satin or anything. More like a very light cotton/polyester blend. Definitely be sure to check your measurements against the sizing chart, because these sizes are much smaller than I am used to. I'm fairly confident this will still fit the person I bought it for, however. I'd definitely recommend this store and would (and probably will) purchase again.

Looks just like the pictures and the shipping is veeery fast! but i recommend ordering at least 1-2 sizes up i usually wear EU XL but i still ordered an Asian XL and its okay fitting except i just can’t get the zipper on the back up but if i loose some weight or wear a jacket over it no one will notice hahah

Good quality fabric and looks just like the picture. Comes in three parts and honestly can be worn as a nice dress without the headband and the apron.

материал дешёвый, но зато очень лёгкий, платье можно спокойно носить летом. все аккуратное и очень милое. очень рекомендую. на мой рост 161 и вес около 46 размер S идеально, но будь у меня обхват груди больше - точно бы брала на размер больше, учитывайте это при выборе.
It arrived faster than expected and it amazing for price. For size reference, im 168cm tall, 82cm A cup, 69cm waist and 100cm hip asian girl. The dress length is fine and if u have more breast L size would fit perfectly! Highly recommend

Really cute, but the apron straps are a lot shorter than I anticipated, even though I ordered a size XL. It barely reaches below my chest. Nothing a few small adjustments cant fix! other than that, great product.

Very nice costume, just as pictured. The one but is about the apron, it is quite weird. As if the belts were sewn incorrectly, but I was still somewhat available to put it on.

Товар отправили спустя пару часов после заказа. Пришел спустя 11 дней. Сел идеально. Даже сердечко легло хорошо Выпирающих ниточек не заметила. Ободок держится хорошо. Довольна заказом :)

For the price it is very nice, by that I mean the fabric is a costume material but is not shiny. It is sewn nicely and it was true to the size chart.It came very fast!

Очень милый и приятный на ощупь костюм. Сама я ростом 158 и верх фартука подошёл идеально. Для высоких девушек или же с большой грудью может стать проблемой. Сам костюм аккуратный. С кошачьими ушками и хвостиком будет идеально ❤

немного торчали нитки и ткань достаточно тонкая. но выглядит хорошо. запаха не было. на талию 65 см размер L как раз

The heart is wonky and uneven but barely noticeable. I order in my regular size and while yeah it fit, it was a bit tighter than what I wanted so if you want to comfortably fit get a size up! Every piece in the photo was in the package
The dress is worth the price the only thing i suffer from is that my upper body is too long. And the only thing wrong with my dress is that the lace is sown on the wrong side but these issues can be fixed. I am happy with my purchase
Arrived quickly and in a good condition. I am a medium (M) size in France and I ordered XL. Exactly as described, it comes with the dress, apron and headband. Really great quality and looks exactly like it is on the picture! The heart on the chest is very well cut and shaped, the frills look great, and the lace at the bottom of the dress is a very nice touch. It's easy to put on, very light and comfortable, and it stays easily in place. I really recommend it, don't be afraid to buy it!
