How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

5 weeks to Holland. It's a beautiful dress. Details and quality are good. I have seen another review that the line is broken in the middle, but that is not the case with this dress. Unfortunately store send me the wrong size, I opened a dispute and got refund.

Real picture and elegant
Nice looking dress but even for a large it is extremely tight and I usually wear a size XS-S North American size. It is also a very scratch fabric which makes it extra uncomfortable to wear. It has absolute no give at all.
Looks exactly like the photo. Great fit according the size chart. I am a US size 10 and 2XL fits me well. Also the store had fast shipping - only took 2 weeks.
I usually don't leave reviews but I was actually surprised by how well this dress fits me and the really good quality of it! But yeah as the other reviews say, this dress runs small, I'm usually a medium but I bought a XL and it fits really nicely :) Highly recommend!

Dress size XL fits AUS size 8 well - item is as pictured :) It is a little tight on the hips but the rest fits well and the length is good
I went up one size I normally wear M but bought L and it was still too small. Now its garbage and I have nothing to wear for my wedding.
I bought a bigger size so that I can modify it to my measurements. It is easy to alter - just by running a straight stitch on the inside of both sides of the dress according to your measurements will easy make it to fit me. The dress is a good value for the look of it, although where the gold thread touch me might be a bit scratchy. For the price and considering I am going to wear it for a few hours, I am quite happy.
The dress is great for the price. I bought size M, and tried it on after a huge meal in the restaurant . It fit perfectly. So I can eat a lot but dont have to worry won't fit in the dress. The only problem is lots of sequins fell off when I took it out from the bag and when I tried it on.

The dress is beautiful, I normally wear size M in U.S., I ordered L, but it was still way too small. I filed a dispute and the store responded quickly and worked with me to resolve the issue. I would definitely consider buying from this seller again because of their good customer service.

I am very happy with the quality and the fit of this beautiful dress. It is exactly like the picture you provided in your website. The length is just right for my 155 cm height as long as I wear my high heel shoes.
