How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Товар пришел очень быстро, меньше, чем за неделю. Доставили курьером. Джинсы хорошие, сидят как обычные прямые джинсы. Длинноваты, девушкам на 170 можно брать смело. На параметры 62-90 заказала 26 размер, все подошло хорошо. Заметила небольшие пятна на заднем кармане, открыла спор, продавец вернул половину суммы. Рекомендую, спасибо продавцу за джинсы и за честность)

Доставка до Кемеровской области заняла 3 недели. Трек номер отслеживался на всём пути. Упакованы были в зип-пакет и почтовый пакет. Качество отличное: все строчки и швы ровные, лишние нитки отсутствуют, никаких зацепок, запах имеется, но стирка исправит. Выполнены из полиэстера, спандекса и хлопка. Джинса не слишком плотная, не тянется. Выбран был размер 25 на параметры: ОТ - 60см, ОБ - 84см, рост - 152см. Замеры изделия: длина - 108см, ширина в области талии - 31см, ширина в области бёдер - 42.5см, длина и ширина штанины (Ляжка) - 81 и 25см. Джинсы подошли отлично. На параметры больше уже нужно брать следующий размер. В талии они немного свободны, можно заправлять свитера. Длина гигантская для моего роста, поэтому подойдут и для более высоких девушек.
Заказ от 13.07. На дом привезли 18.07!!!! Не верю сама! Оч приятная служба доставки: стопитсот раз уточнили когда удобно привезти, вежливый курьер. По товару: на мой рост 165 длинные. Размер советовал продавец. Талия 64 впритык, высокая. Сама ткань приятная. Буду стирать. Посмотрю на усадку, линяет ли.
Джинсы очень хорошие, на р-р талии 60, бедер - 86 подошел размер 25, немного длинные. Качество очень хорошее, джинса плотная, цвет красивый. Очень быстрая доставка - 5 дней. Спасибо продавцу, товар рекомендую.

Джинсы хорошие! Пришли в Пермь за 7 дней. Не совсем мой размер. Брала с учётом мотивации "на похудеть". А так, влезла, ношу. Сделаю -3(4) кг будет вообще отлично! Обязательно закажу такие же тёмно-синие!!!!!

Джинсы понравились по качеству и модели, но мне не подошёл размер, к сожалению. Девочки в отзывах писали, что на талию 78 застегивается, хоть и с трудом. Так вот, у меня такая талия и размер 29 на мне не сходится ну никак! Джинсы не тянутся, поэтому пока не похудею, носить не смогу. Это хорошо, что я ещё в процессе похудения после родов и мой обычный объём талии 74. Надеюсь к осени влезу. Но если бы я худеть не планировала, то продала бы их.
