SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

La calidad del vestido es la que se espera en un vestido de novia y la talla se ajusta perfectamente a la de la descripción, me pedí mi vestido una talla más grande por si acaso el tallaje era erróneo y justamente le tengo que arreglar una talla aunque por el precio del artículo me compensa mucho. ¿Quién me iba a decir que tendría un auténtico vestido de novia de buena calidad a un precio tan asequible? Decir que el vuelo no es caído del todo pero tampoco es hinchado, lleva una doble capa para que quede con estilo vaporoso. Sin duda es la mejor elección que he podido hacer para mi vestido de novia.

The dress ordered on 23 May arrived on 13 June. In my opinion its fast I'll add that I asked to customize. The dress suits me perfectly. No patches required. Very good quality fabric. The lace is sewn neatly, the material doesn't shine. I'm very pleased. I really love this dress. I ordered size 8. I wear usually 36-38 in european size. And i have 176 cm high, 65 kg weight. I planed to wear shoes with 3 cm heels. Wanted to order the dress without train, I thought that wrote about that to store, but probablly I forget to do it. So it is my mistake. Dress is beautiful. Carfully made. I need to cut off the train and make the dress little bit shorter, because it is too long anyway. I definitlly not regret the buy. For this price it is reely gergees dress. I will add photos later. If i could order again, I probably had will order a size 6. Because bra is no needed, and without trian for sure. Standard shipping to Poland from time of ordering to receiving around 3 weeks. Thank you seller.
Dress is okay. But the chest area needs improvement on the way the cups as designed. Very awkward. I guess you get what you pay for. However, do not regret buying it

Платье пришло очень быстро,но сняла 1 звезду, хотя наверное можно было бы и 2 снять за то,что платье,не смотря на то,что я отправляла свои мерки,велико мне в груди и очень длинное,то есть нужно идти к швее и подгонять его под себя, хорошо хоть есть ещё время
Шили по индивидуальным меркам. Подошло, даже можно было бы длиннее хоть на пару см. Продавца попросила убрать немного ширину пояса, просьбу мою не выполнил, руки так и чешутся поставить 4 звезды. На вопросы отвечает оперативно. Платье по качеству не идеальное, как многие пишут. Нитки торчат, но за свою цену отличный вариант.

El vestido es lindo. Igual que la foto. Pedí mi talla y me quedó un poco grande. Llegó a tiempo. Pero tuve algunos problemas con las costuras del bordado. De todas formas requiere arreglos. Recomendación es más lindo manga corta que manga larga, muy anchas las mangas.

Делали на заказ . Все подошло, кроме длины. Спереди ниже пола сантиметров на 15, придётся нести в ателье и подшивать. Связалась с продавцом...ну говорит как то так назад не принимаем а если что-то не нравится сами перешивайте , отправляли заказ очень долго , несколько раз подливала время отправки, на что продавец пообещал в виде компенсации вуаль в подарок, ну и конечно никакого подарка не было..на что он сказал вина не моя, а работников, которые проигнорировали это. Хорошо, что не к спеху, а так ещё перешивать придётся . По качеству и ткани вопросов нет, все хорошо
