How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Заказ сделала 23 июня, 8 июля посылку уже получила в Калужской области. Спасибо за быструю доставку и подарочки. Размер L подошел на параметры 96-80-100. Верх через грудь пролезает туговато, но когда его натянешь, то все хорошо.
Really fast shipping, swimsuit is beautiful but is not like on the photo. It's not beige under the black.... looks like yellow. But it's OK. Thanks for the presents, store!

골반 넓어서 팬티95 입는데 L사이즈 시키니까 잘 맞아요 L사이즈라 너무 크면 어쩌나 했거든요 저처럼 키 170정도에 골반 좀있으시면 L 괜찮아요

Заказ пришёл быстро в Новосибирск, качественный, красивый. Но! Насмотревшись фото и начитавшись отзывов заказала на размер больше - L (чтоб не расплющил грудь, шнуровка не врезалась и вообще ничего нигде не давило) (мои: рост 165, вес 50, параметры 89/64/96, размер M-44). Заказанный размер L оказался великоват. Низ свободный, было бы комфортнее на размер меньше, но можно пережить. А вот верх придётся ушивать в лямках, слишком длинные. Но в целом общительному продавцу спасибо, доставка быстрая, купальник хороший, если бы заказала свой размер, то наверное была бы в полном восторге

It's a really cute bikini (black lace). US sizing I am a 34DD, and I usually wear a US 2/26 in bottoms. Most of my shirts are a medium, so i went with a medium after reviewing the sizing chart. The top fits perfectly, and the bottom fits too, however it's laced to the point that the 2 sides are touching. it's a little too cheeky for me, so I am going to cut the crotch area and reattach it. It u like it, buy it, because it's very adjustable, just keep in mind that the bottoms run like a true US medium, unlike some of the other vendors.

Купальник пришел быстро. Качество на высоте. Хорошо тянется. Заказала размер «м». У меня нестандартная фигура, низ нужен xs, а верх 75F. Размер подошел, чуть можно было бы побольше, но переживала, что низ будет слишком велик. Не критично. Можно носить.) смотрится замечательно. Спасибо магазину.) В подарок положили браслет и резинку.) Очень приятно.)

Unica pecca non ha coppe e si infila come una maglietta quindi di conseguenza non si ha modo di stringere o allargare la circonferenza del petto. Regolabile invece lo slip lateralmente con i laccetti.Ho preso una L e sono 65 kg per un 1 e 70. È arrivato in Italia prima del previsto con tracciamento del pacco e in più Il venditore ha mandato in regalo anche due braccialetti. Consigliato.

Het past heel goed aan. Ik heb volgende maten: heup 95cm, taille 75cm en borsten: 85cm en heb een M gepakt en ben er zeer tevreden over. Enkel jammer dat er al een draadje is kapotgesprongen van het bikinibovenste, maar dit valt niet echt op.

купальник бомба! качество хорошее, но материал не как у обычных купальников, такой лёгкий не стягивает тело, на свой 44 взяла Л, подошел хорошо, обьемы 88-73-89 , грудь немножко приплющивает, но можно вшить чашки, и думаю будет изумительно!
