How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Купальник хорошего качества. Торчащих ниток практически нет. На российский размер 48-50 брала XL - подошло идеально. Пришёл за 16 дней в Нижний Новгород. Продавец молодил в подарок резиночку и браслетик.

На мой 54 размер сел хорошо. Для бассейна пойдёт. Но нужно будет перешивать. Так как действительно душат лямки Когда крест-накрест. Белая подкладка торчит и никак не убрать. Все время норовит наружу. А вот когда лямки не крест-накрест, то мне очень нравится. Ну вот нужно будет ушить, так как грудьЧетвёртого размера вываливается.

The cups are a little big and loose but over all good fit.
I am VERY pleased with this swimsuit. It is my second order, as I bought the white one with blueish-green leaves the first time (which has a gorgeous print!). It fits my body SO well and it even supports the chest and gives a beautiful figure. Not many bathingsuits has accomplished to make me feel good (about myself) in them, but this one does! And on top of that it is cheap and very well made (with two layers of fabric in a good quality). Now I can't wait to wear them on our summerholliday. So Thank you very much store. I highly recommend this swimsuit. If there is anything at all to say as a point of improvement, it's that there is a slight difference in the size (even though both are size XL). I guess that is to be expected. I am european size 42/44 and my measurements are: Chest: 102cm, waist (right above the bellybutton) is about 87cm and my hips are 111cm. My bra size is 85D. The size XL is a good size for me :) It took about 2½ weeks to get to Denmark.
These are beautiful suits! It is a little larger then I thought. I would go a size down. Still beautiful! I am going to purchase all the colors!
great quality. Good body coverage. With some adjustment (a bit of a tuck and sew under the arms) could wear straight at the front and crossed at the back instead of crossed at the front. cups are huge .... way too big for me, so if you're big busted, this is a great suit for you. I don't like skimpy, so I got a big size, but really need 1-2 sizes smaller. the product size chart is pretty accurate

Nice quality suit. I didn't like how it looked on me, but that wasn't the suit's fault! I'm a US 16/18 dress and a 38DD bra. ordered 3x and it fit well.
I think I made the wrong call with this style suit for myself. The seams were stretched and popping as I tried to put it on. Again it's probably just not the stile I should have chosen. Thank you for quick shipping!

I had high hopes for this swimsuit, and it did not disappoint me. The pattern looks really good and the swimsuit fits me well and it's comfortable. I bought a size XL and it's perfect for me. (My measurements are: Breast: 102cm - Waist: 87cm - Hips: 111cm). I will be buying more in different colours. I can't wait to wear it on my upcoming holliday. (t took a month to arrive in Denmark...)

купальник просто волшебный!!! Цвет! размер! качество ткани! все на высоте!!!! плюс подарочек от продавца!!!!! на росс.размер 44 брала L. параметры 90-70-92,как по мне сшит!
Купальник отличный! Я в восторге! Покупала за 650р. Цвет очень насыщенный, качество потрясающее. После стирки не облез, вода не окрасилась. Самое интересное, что можно экспериментировать с лямками (перекрест либо спереди, либо сзади. В обоих случаях купальник выглядит здорово) На параметры 90/68/105 брала размер L. Подошел идеально. В этом купальнике есть чашечки, они не закреплены и вы можете их передвигать. Это удобно, так как грудь у всех разная. В отзывах некоторые писали, что купальник топорщится по бокам. Но это легко исправить, правильно передвинув чашечки (я делала максимально вбок). Также, если в у вас маленькая грудь этот купальник визуально ее увеличит))Что еще очень порадовало, так это быстрая доставка (менее 2х недель) и очень хороший и приятный на общение продавец. Продавец поможет с выбором правильного размера и при большом заказе может сделать хорошую скидку))А! еще в посылке был небольшой подарочек - татуировка)
