How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Este vestido es tan hermoso como se anuncia, su excelente calidad.
Muy feliz con mi vestido, lo pedí a medida y con modificación de espalda y me quedó perfecto! el vestido es realmente maravilloso y cumplió con creces mis espectativas!!! fue la mejor desición elegir mi ste vestido, la comunicación con la vendedora fue muy buena, a pesar que yo me había equivocado en mis medidas, en cuanto me di cuenta me volví a comunicar con ella y las modifico son ningún problema. En definitiva muy feliz con mi vestido!!!!!!! No me saque fotos, en cuanto tenga las subiré!
Excelente atención, rápido y entendieron perfecto lo que quería,solicite algunos cambios, minimizar escote agregué mangas quite cola, y todo quedó como lo espera justo como lo quería, solo un poco grande pero nada complicado de ajustar, los recomiendo 100% Me encantó

O vestido chegou hoje, chegou antes de 30 dias, muito rápido, o vestido é simplesmente maravilhoso! Meninas valem muito a pena! O vendedor(a) Mine, é muito atencioso, sempre respondeu minhas dúvidas, eu pedi uma modificação nas costas para colocar lace up, o vendedor fez como eu queria. Ameeeeeei o vestido! Платье качественное, пошито хорошо, красивое. Но по размеру не подошло, не понимаю, смысл отправлять размеры продавцу, если он не шьёт по ним. Оказалось большое на туловище. А также вставленные чашечки торчат по своих краям. По туловищу платье не ложиться плавно, а с буграми, надо перешивать, хорошо, что больше, а не меньше. От фото продавца немного отличается. Поясок шире, спина не такая открытая.

The dress is as beautiful as the picture. It needs little alternations but nothing big. The communication with the store is good. Overall I am very satisfied, just a little disapointed that it came in white and not ivory like I ordered

Платье Просто Нереальное. неюикио не верил что такое придёт. чашка действительно очень плотная но я с бельём на фото. юбка в пять слоев, если отпарить их будет ещё круче смотреться. продавец общительный, отвечал на все и быстро. отправлял долговато, но само платье затмило и этот минус. Размер Выбирала По размерно Сетке, оно село идеально. Заказывайте смело, оно оправдает ваши ожидания. как будут свадебные фото обязательно дополню отзыв

Piękna suknia. Identyczna jak w opisie. Niczym nie odbiega od tych z salonu. Warta dużo większe pieniądze. Niestety nie dopinam zamka ale to moja wina bo podałam źle wymiary. Zakochałam się w tej sukni i schludnę by iść w niej do ołtarza

Sukienka przyszła w 3 tygodnie. Prosiłam bez terenu jednak bezskutecznie. Jednakże jest piękna a krawcową i tak muszę odwiedzić, gdyż pod pachami jest za ciasna a na plecach odstaje, jest również sporo za długa.. Uszyta starannie, według moich danych, nie ma nitek i nie jest do poprawek kosmetycznych. Trochę śmierdzi, więc oddam ją do pralni

It’s different from that picture but It’s a cute dress. I won’t wear for my wedding because mine didn’t have a train and I ordered the champagne, so it didn’t look bridal. Seller is great. Good communication and arrived pretty fast.

На фото достаточно хорошо видно, что шовчик ровный, цветы не отклеиваются, упаковано было замечательно (пакет ещё спец.чтобы влаги не было) это если вдруг вообще платье попадёт с вещами которые имеют свойство проливаться, платье сшили по моим меркам за 15 дней и оплатила 26 апреля пришло 3 июня. Цвет белый, сзади немного шлейф(подол удлинён) 3 слоя юбки, первая с цветами фатин, ещё один слой Фатима и уже атласный слой который вы будете чувствовать, платье приятное , замок слегка тугой, потому что специально вшит скрытно, немного в подмышках жмёт, но оно и к лучшему иначе могли слетать лямки, платье клеем не пахло, ничем не отличается от любого салонного платья такого же фасона не менее 25т рублей. Рядом с цветами стразы, наклеены хорошо, отвалились 2 , но это не заметно. Грудь с поддержкой и вставками из паролона , т.е одеваете спокойна без бюстгальтера
