How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Really cute and actually fits quite well. The zip on the side is very sturdy and the fabric is high quality. My only concern is the grey I ordered is a lot darker than what was depicted which is a bit of a shame. However, this doesn’t effect the quality of the product itself so I still recommend.
The skirt was delivered in 7 days I'm very pleased with this vendor and will be purchasing more things from them soon.
I'm 175lb and it fits but would like a little more room so id suggest order size up. I'm normally a L but id order a 4x next time since its Japan sizes. Other than that it's great I love it

Llego super rápido y bien empaquetado. Falda preciosa y en buen estado. Pedí una m, que es mi talla, y pensé que me iría pequeña porque los comentarios decían que era mejor pedir una talla mas grande. Para mi resulto perfecta, tengo 72 cm de cintura. El material no es el mejor pero es perfecto por el precio que pagas! LO RECOMIENDO MUCHISIMO Y SEGURO PILLARE OTRA EN OTRO COLOR!
The item shipped VERY quickly and arrived within 10 days! I’m have a 27 sized waist and ordered the large which fit perfectly. The skirt is of very nice quality and is really cute! The fabric doesn’t feel cheap at all and feels durable. The skirt has white shorts underneath, which are very thin but comfy, and it has a zipper on the right side of the skirt. One note is that it’s rather short. Overall, I would recommend purchasing this item!

I love it! The quality is super and the shipping was fast. Came to Finland in 2 weeks. I am so happy and will be buying more. ❤ I am normally size M but took XXL and it fits perfectly. I am chubby/curvy so these don't usually fit me but I am glad this one did. And I am 160 cm and it's not 2 short. Overall, I recommend this!

This is so cute!! More peach pink than cotton candy, but still really cute! Has yellow white and dark gray flannel pattern. This is true to size but check your measurements because it’s Asian sizing. I’m usually a small/medium but I ordered a large. Definitely short (I’m 5’3 and it’s still short), but it has shorts on the inside so you don’t need to wear modesty shorts. They are white tho so if you care you’d want to put on light colored undies. Material is nice. I’m happy with the product. Hope this helps anyone who wanted to buy it!!
The skirt is really pretty, the material is great, pattern seems a few different and it's not trully high waisted. Itws secure by the white short under the skirt

A good quality skirt. It was folded a lot in the middle but I’m sure ironing can fix it.
Pattern looked exactly like the picture and the fabric is thick. There are built in safety shorts too. My waist is 25 inches and it fit perfectly for me, with enough room to tuck in a shirt. Overall cute skirt

Pra começar, a foto da saia não condiz com o produto, como outras pessoas tbm avaliaram, ela não é preta com vermelho, e som vermelho com preto. Mas isso não quer dizer que é feia, gostei bastante da saia. Ela vem com um short branco por baixo bem curtinho só pra disfarçar mesmo, muito bom. O tecido não é o melhor mas é bom, a criatura tbm está boa; o ziper é daquele bem chato mad está fechando sem muitos problemas. O produto demorou MUITO para chegar, eu comprei em 19 de Novembro e chegou apenas em 1° de março. O vendedor demorou semanas para enviar o produto e levou mais de um mês para que o produto chegasse ao Brasil, não tive que pagar alfândega mas paguei a taxa de 15 reais dos Correios. Eu visto 40/38 e peguei o tamanho XXXL e ficou muito bom.
