SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FASHIONSАDMIRE (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Demaciado hermoso el vestido.. lo ame, super feliz con la compra... lo unico que como recomendacion al vender es que ponga cuidado en el cordon del corse, ya que no venia cocido en las puntas... todo lo demas perfecto.

Simplesmente Perfeito, muito lindo o mais lindo que eu já experimentei, mais lindo ainda que na foto. Pedi para colocar brilho na saia e ficou impecável. comunicação perfeita e não fui taxada e ainda chegou com um mês e 10 dias.
The dress looks just like in the picture. It's a bit shorter in the torso than usual, but fits well.

Ele é perfeito. Acabamento impecável. Tem 2 forros e mais 4 camadas de tule. Porém é leve o que o torna muito confortável. Ficou perfeito no corpo, não farei nenhum ajuste. Demorou para vim mas o problema são os correios do meu país.

Платье шилось на заказ, примерно 7-10 дней, отправила мои параметры и платье село идеально, талия, грудь на месте, длина идеальная. Не большое и не маленькое. Пришло за 4 недели с момента заказа. Все аккуратно сделано

El vestido es perfecto!!! Me encanto tan bonito como lo imagine, supera las expectativas de cualquier novia. La calidad es excelente. Yo confié en mis tallas y me quedo perfecto mande las tallas exactas y llego hecho a mi medida ni más grande, ni más pequeño. Un poco largo ya que yo mido 1.58 pero es demasiado bello. Llego rapidísimo desde que me notificaron que se había enviado me llego 5 días después ya que yo decidí pagar por DHL para mayor seguridad, pude rastrear mi pedido todo el tiempo y llego en excelente estado. Melinda súper atenta, yo le pedí algunas cosas como encaje en la falda y agregarle mas cola. Quedó bellísimo y una excelente atención por parte del vendedor siempre resolviendo dudas. very beautiful and high quality gown sewn to perfection! melinda was very helpful and responsive when I had questions. i had the gown custom made n it reached Malaysia in 3 weeks without tax by China post. gown had no loose threads or Pearls. it has 5 layers: 2 cloth and 3 layers of tulle. only thing is the shoulder strap was a bit long,I will have that altered but otherwise excellent!

I sent Melinda my measurements. She was very easy to communicate with, as I had a few questions before ordering. It took 2 and a half weeks to custom make my wedding gown. Then it took just under a month for it to arrive in Australia. Very pleased with the fit. The beading work is exquisite. I love this dress!

Absolutely satisfied with the dress. Quality good, delvery in 20 days. I am 49kg, and 157cm got the size 8 but it would be good to get the size 6 too. Had straps behind, so the smaller size would have been good, but its okay. Loved it. Gonna wear it for pre wedding photo shoot.
